Refund Policy
When we refund, when we do not, and why the line is drawn where it is.
Last updated: 16 August 2026
The short version
Once access has been granted to your TradingView account, a subscription is non-refundable. If the problem is our fault, we refund you in full without argument.
Why access is non-refundable
These are invite-only scripts. The moment we grant access, the indicators are visible on your account and cannot be un-seen — there is no way to return them the way you would return a physical product. A refund after access would mean handing over the product for free.
This is exactly why we keep the monthly plan at a low commitment. Subscribe for one month, test everything on your own charts, and cancel with one click if it is not for you. That is the trial.
When we refund in full
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- Access was never delivered and we could not resolve it.
- You were charged after cancelling — we refund it and cancel properly.
- You paid but never submitted a TradingView username, and no access was ever granted. Ask within 14 days.
When we do not refund
- The indicators worked as described but you decided you did not want them.
- Your trades lost money. The tools do not promise profit, and no tool can.
- You gave the wrong TradingView username. Tell us and we will correct the access — that is a fix, not a refund.
- Your TradingView plan does not support something you wanted, such as webhook alerts or many indicators on one chart. Those are platform limits, and they are stated openly before you buy.
- Access was revoked because of sharing or redistribution.
Cancelling
Cancel from your dashboard or from your PayPal account at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period, and you keep access until that period ends.
How to request a refund
Write to support@myi369.com from the email you paid with, telling us what happened. We answer within one working day, and approved refunds are returned by the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback freezes the case with the payment provider and removes our ability to fix the problem quickly — and where a chargeback is opened without contacting us first, access is suspended while the dispute runs.
