Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the MYI369 indicators on one TradingView account for the length of your subscription. You are renting access to a tool. You are not buying the source code, and ownership of the scripts does not transfer to you.

2. What the indicators are — and are not

The indicators are chart-analysis tools. They draw levels, calculate position sizes and track trades that you choose to take.

• They are not investment advice, and we are not licensed financial advisors.
• They do not place, modify or close orders on your behalf.
• They do not guarantee any result, and no past chart behaviour predicts future behaviour.
• Every entry, exit and risk decision is yours alone, and so is every outcome.

If you connect our alerts to a bot or execution platform, that integration is entirely your responsibility, including anything it does with your money.

3. Your account and access

Access is granted to the TradingView username you supply. It is your responsibility to give us the correct username — access granted to the wrong account because of an incorrect username is not grounds for a refund, though we will of course correct it once you tell us.

4. Sharing is not permitted

You may not share, resell, sublicense, publish or otherwise redistribute access to the indicators, and you may not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer or reproduce their logic. Doing any of these ends your subscription immediately and without a refund.

5. Payment and renewal

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any local taxes or bank fees your provider adds. The monthly plan renews automatically until cancelled. The 3, 6 and 12-month plans are single payments for a fixed term and do not renew on their own. You may cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability

The indicators run on TradingView's platform. We do not control TradingView, and outages, platform changes or account actions on their side are outside our control. We will keep the indicators working with the platform as it evolves, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Changes

We may update the indicators, and we may update these terms. Material changes to the terms will be announced by email to active subscribers before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the revised terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYI369's total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages.
